Hidden away just inland from Portscatho and The Roseland’s best beaches and peacefully set among 22 acres of rolling pastures and lakes you will discover a magical sense of peace and tranquillity, space to unwind and escape from everyday life.

Accommodation
Ground Floor Only: Open plan lounge / kitchen & dining area with full height patio doors onto a large safely fenced garden overlooking the lake and fields. Master double bedroom with patio doors to garden, super king size bed and en-suite spacious wet room with rainfall shower. At the other end of the cottage a hall leads to two more double bedrooms one with patio doors to garden which can be made up with as either super king beds or twin beds. There is a separate family bathroom with shower over a bath.
Exterior: A garden with gorgeous views over the wildlife lake garden furniture and south facing patio.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via ground source heat radiators throughout.The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need as a home from home with many extras including tea, coffee & cleaning materials. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a TV with freeview Apple TV, Alexa and free WiFi available in the property. There is an iron & ironing board available. A maximum of 2 dogs can stay at this property at a cost of £50 per dog per week.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There are parking facilities for a number of vehicles. There is a cot & high chair available on request.
