About Westward 14, Polzeath (sleeps 4)

Westward 14 is a luxury holiday apartment in Polzeath, North Cornwall, with a fantastic location just 400m from the popular Polzeath Beach. This light and airy open plan apartment boasts sea views from both bedrooms and equally important, there is private car parking. Accessed via a private entrance on an upper walkway from a grassed area to the front, those looking for a luxury place to stay in Cornwall for up to 4 people will find Westward 14 ticks many boxes. 

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen and bathroom towels included, free wifi, flat-screen TV with streaming services, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Both bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin with additional toddler bed) have lovely open views to catch that sunrise if you’re an early riser, especially in the summer months.

Bedroom 1 – Kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe, TV, hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 – 90cm twin beds, fitted wardrobe.
There is a family shower room with a baby bath.
Outdoors is a shower/wetsuit rinse perfect to wash off elements from that delightfully sandy beach, a surfing paradise. Everything you need is within easy reach – beach, surf schools, restaurants, pub, shops and galleries. There is even a small indoor skate park at The Tubestation Café.

Being on the first floor of the apartment block there are lovely views across to Polzeath village, the beach and the hills. There are no shared indoor areas. Out of the front door in a lovely balcony/walkway that catches the afternoon and evening sun.

There’s an outdoor shower which is perfect for a rinse off after a surf or just for sandy feet.

Grassy areas at the front of the building. Free guest parking for one car.

Westward 14 has a no pet policy.

 

Location

Westward 14 apartment sits just a few minutes walk from Polzeath Beach, one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall. All local amenities, which include a small grocery shop, bars and cafes are just a short walk away. You can walk along the coast path and beaches to nearby Rock where adrenaline lovers can learn to sail, waterski, etc. Meanwhile, Wadebridge has cycle hire (electric and pedal) to explore the famous Camel trail.

Daymer Bay Beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, while Newquay Train Station is 38 km from the property.

The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 31 km from Westward 14 Polzeath.
