Both bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin with additional toddler bed) have lovely open views to catch that sunrise if you’re an early riser, especially in the summer months.
Being on the first floor of the apartment block there are lovely views across to Polzeath village, the beach and the hills. There are no shared indoor areas. Out of the front door in a lovely balcony/walkway that catches the afternoon and evening sun.
There’s an outdoor shower which is perfect for a rinse off after a surf or just for sandy feet.
Grassy areas at the front of the building. Free guest parking for one car.

All local amenities, which include a small grocery shop, bars and cafes are just a short walk away. You can walk along the coast path and beaches to nearby Rock where adrenaline lovers can learn to sail, waterski, etc. Meanwhile, Wadebridge has cycle hire (electric and pedal) to explore the famous Camel trail.
