You can walk down the footpath through the peaceful valley to Carbis Bay beach (awarded the Blue Flag status for the 15th year running) with its family-friendly golden sands and facilities including beach club restaurant and terrace over-looking the beach and St Ives Bay.

The spacious four bedroom house boasts lovely bright open spaces and understated luxury, the furnishings are cool and contemporary, the sea views over Carbis Bay beach, St Ives Bay, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond are amazing and The Deckhouse ticks all the boxes in terms of convenience and facilities.

Firstly, there is plenty (up to 4 cars) of driveway car parking space meaning off-loading your car is not so much of a chore as it could be.

There is a second terrace with sun loungers at first floor level.

And, perhaps best of all, this luxury Cornwall holiday home has stunning far reaching sea views from all levels. From the open-plan living room and top floor bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) the views over Carbis Bay beach and the whole of St Ives Bay are simply breath taking. The other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor.

Walking to St Ives is a pleasure; some of the views along the South West coastal path from Carbis Bay to St Ives will take your breath away along the fifteen minute walk to Porthminster beach. If the hill coming back doesn’t appeal then simply hop on the branch-line train back to Carbis Bay to experience one of the country’s most scenic railway journeys.
