The Bay Overlooking Cawsand Beach is located in the village of Cawsand nestled on Cornwall’s South Coast next to the twinned village of Kingsand, both boasting stunning beaches and a selection of pubs and restaurants.
Upon entering this first-floor apartment you will be met by the properties three bedrooms. A twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with Smart TV, a king-size with Smart TV and a master super-king-size with sea views, Smart TV and en-suite shower room.
There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading further into the apartment you will be greeted into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors out on to the balcony which boasts the most spectacular views over Cawsand Beach.
The lounge area has a large corner sofa to sink into after a busy day exploring, here you can catch up on your favourite TV programmes or catch a movie on the Smart TV, plan your day’s activities or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, big enough to seat everyone comfortably.
