Stepping inside Riverbank House you will firstly find yourself in the spacious and luxurious lounge which has been lovingly presented, this great sociable space also boasts a warming wood burner, a Smart TV with Netflix, Sonos speaker system and sliding patio doors that lead directly to the back garden and patio area.

For anyone looking for a bit of peace and quiet, the separate snug lounge, with French doors overlooking the garden, offers just that. Here you can relax on one of the high back chairs and lose yourself in one of the countless books that line the shelves or listen to the radio on the Sonos. The next room is the beautifully presented kitchen/diner which boasts a Smart TV and Sonos speaker system, a further set of patio doors leading out onto the front patio and seating area.

This the perfect luxury holiday home in Cornwall for a relaxed meal with family and friends, plus keen cooks will be delighted by this stylish kitchen which houses a double electric oven and hob, combi microwave oven, American style fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. Located next to the kitchen there is an undeniably useful utility room which offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, and also provides somewhere to store outdoor shoes and coats.

The next rooms are the stunning bedrooms which have all been individually designed and decorated with beautiful colour schemes and luxurious soft furnishings, and presented with a TV and a DAB radio (DVD player also available if required), the first of which is a delightful master king-size with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and French doors leading out onto its own patio in the main garden. Also boasting en-suite facilities are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and the other an en-suite bathroom with shower over jacuzzi bath and WC.

Finally, there are two further beautifully presented double rooms and a cosy bunk bedroom; and servicing these rooms is a main bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with shower over bath and WC. There is also a separate WC for your convenience. Completing the offering inside the property is the games room which is brilliantly equipped and boasts a fun feel with James Bond wall art and a sports memorabilia wall. There is also a stylish kitchenette area with sink and fridge, large Smart TV with Netflix and XBox, full size pool table and a selection of retro board games.

Venturing outside, further highlights await in the form of the spectacular garden offering. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with a small patio area with seating, and further to this an enclosed side garden has been beautifully landscaped with an abundance of colourful shrubs and flowers.

To the rear of the property the main event beckons as this area includes a lawn, BBQ kitchen with gas BBQ and stylish curved dining bar with stools, there is also a patio area with a rattan dining table and chairs. If you want to escape the elements then the BBQ Hunters Lodge is a great place for entertaining and offers a gas BBQ in the centre of the room and plenty of seating around the edge.

Further luxuries are then on offer in the shape of the sheltered hot tub, where you can soak away your troubles or watch a spot of TV from the comfort of the corner sofa.

A great selection of games and play equipment is provided including a timber Wendy House, slide, swing, and there is also a large lawn area that is perfect for ball games. Private off-road parking for four cars is provided on the driveway.

Marazion is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit the ever-popular Mullion and beautiful Poldhu Cove, and a number of quaint fishing villages such as pretty Porthleven. From here you can also access the South West Coast Path which offers stunning walks and wild beauty. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here and well worth a visit include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the castles at Pendennis and Tintagel, and RNAS Culdrose.
