About Luxury Holiday Cottage (sleeps 10), Polzeath
A large family holiday home leading directly onto the coast path and Polzeath beach. The house is open plan with a large kitchen and living area overlooking Polzeath beach and Pentire head. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably. There is a separate playroom / TV room upstairs.
Downstairs are the bedrooms and a large double shower room / wetsuit drying area / which can be accessed from the garden straight after a surf!
It is a 2 minutes walk from door to Polzeath beach, 15 minutes to Daymer Bay.
