Very rare in St Agnes, we have 2 private parking spaces! The building was once the school of St Agnes, but was tastefully converted into 8 private dwellings in the early 90’s. No 8 is full of charm on the outside, but contemporary and stylish on the inside. With a huge open plan space, perfect for getting away from the stresses of everyday life. For those who like to de-stress with yoga or Pilates, bring along your mat and take advantage of this modern clean, calm, house.
The house is arranged with the living area upstairs, to take advantage of the beautiful views, enormously high ceilings and open plan space.
There’s a relaxed Scandinavian style breakfast bar for mealtimes, and a spacious open plan kitchen with induction hob. The wood-burner provides cosy comfort on cold days, and there are a selection of cloth bound novels to curl up with. Enjoy the rugged beauty of North Cornwall and then come back to this chic home. Enjoy the carefully thought through features such as the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom(great for keeping suitcases hidden away), Babington style loft beds in the second bedroom, and the hand painted wallpaper. There are a selection of books and toys in the loft-bed room.
No.8 has a pretty, shared garden, as pictured in the main photo of the house. The space directly outside is exclusively for no.8, but is not fenced off. There is a table and chair set provided, which can be stored away when not being used.
No 8 is the perfect getaway for families or couples and we are happy to offer you a space to create those valuable holiday memories within.
Help to book local attractions, such as surfing lessons, horse riding and wine tours. Private chef can also be booked. Don’t forget to bring your doggies (£20 per pooch) if you have them!
Guest access
The whole house will be available to you for sole use during your stay. The house is an ‘Upside down’, reverse living space, with stairs to access the living area. A shared garden is available to the front of the property.
Other things to note
The second bedroom has bespoke loft beds, with ladders, which are super cosy and sleep adults as well as children, but would not be suitable for any guests with mobility issues. There is also a sofa bed upstairs.
