On arrival, there is a large driveway which will comfortable fit 4 cars. with a space for a smaller 5th car in front of the garage/gym. Leading down a lit grand staircase, central to the bifold doors which leads into the open plan first floor living.
You enter into a large luxurious kitchen, which includes all Fisher Paykel appliances including an American fridge freezer (iced/water) 4 ovens, 7 Hobs (gas/induction), quooker tap, 4 large larder cupboard areas, well equipped with Stella cutlery, a large selection of Le Crueuset pots and pans. The huge 3.2metre island features a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The kitchen leads onto an bespoke stone and steel dining table which can comfortably accommodate 12; this is lit by a large one of a kind 1.5metre contemporary light. All lighting on the first floor is fully controllable and customisable via the Rako app. Situated within the dining area is a bar which includes 2 wine coolers, inbuilt fridge and a further in built freezer. A large variety of glasses. At renters request we can fully stock this bar before your arrival.
The lounge has a Sonos sound bar and sub; the first floor has 4 Sonos zones including external.
There is one are upstairs that will be shut off to guests as we are renovating, but in the future this area will be home to a further King/twin ensuite room, plus a further cloakroom.
As you walk down the stairs to the ground floor, you will approach bedroom 4 which consists of a double TV bed, dressing table and a spacious walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite wet room, with a monsoon shower and a panoramic curved Art Deco window.
Walking through the downstairs hallway you will come across bedroom 3, a beautifully lit room with all the natural light; this bedroom includes of a double bed. Bed 4 and bed 3 share the main bathroom.
Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds which is opposite the main bathroom.
The family bathroom has an enormous free standing bath which faces an in built Smart TV with various mood light settings.
One of 2 master suites offering a king size bed, dressing table, wall mounted Smart TV, dressing room and a wet room bathroom with Sonos.
As you walk into the first and slightly larger suite (room 1) you are immediately in the dressing room which leads to the wet room (en-suite) or bedroom, with dressing table and wall mounted Smart TV.
Both suites, and bedroom 2 feature wall mounted lighting either side of the bed, which also feature reading lights, and USB points, which are in addition to the various USB points located all around the house.
In all bathrooms/en-suites there are low level lights, that activate on motion to avoid main lighting when using during the night. There is also a walk way of low level lighting from the first floor to all bedrooms downstairs that is sensor activated, to guid you to bed.
Into the Library/snug there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a huge variety of books and another wall mounted Smart TV (this room does not have a door from the hallway)
This room leads into the spacious cinema room which features a 102inch HD Protector screen alongside full sky, Apple TV, PS2 and surround sound system is a Dolby Atmos 7;1 system. This room has 2 double sofa beds. Also one of the built in cupboards features a Treats & Sweets cupboard with drinks fridge/freezer.
Heading out of the front door (situated between bedroom 5 & 4)leads onto a large Resin terrace overlooking Truro’s most famous Magnolia tree. Before this there is a large lawn. The front is well lit when dark. There are lit Rein steps that lead to Tregolls Road; you can access these via the front door or the side access which leads back to the first floor terrace.
Adjoining the driveway there is a cardio gym with a treadmill, spin bike and flabolos machine. Along with space for plenty of yoga/workouts or it can provide additional storage if needed.
