The home is set over three levels.
The Ground Floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a large storage cupboard and leads to a secure rear garden with dedicated storage for surfboards and wetsuits.
Bedroom 1: Twin single beds with patio doors to front of the home. Large fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed with patio doors to rear garden. Large fitted wardrobes.
The First floor provides a stunning & large open plan kitchen, dining table/ seating for 8 and living space area. The kitchen includes the usual features as well as a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave & Nespresso coffee machine. Choose the colour of the LED lights to suit your mood! The dining area seats 8, whilst the living area provides a huge comfy sofa and a 4k UHD TV. This floor leads to a large balcony with seating, perfect to catch the afternoon sun.
The Second floor features a master bedroom with ensuite WC & a room with a bunkbed.
Bedroom 3: King size 4 poster bed with ensuite WC. Large fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: Single bunk beds. Leads to another balcony with seating.

Based over three floors, this home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or toddlers without close supervision. For infants, we provide a high chair for guest use.
