The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking in both directions, and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and family days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties.

Step inside this stunning property which due to its unique layout is accessed via the first floor from street level, and you will find that the accommodation first opens to a beautifully impressive stairwell with a skylight and feature lighting.
