ARC Padstow is a large holiday home located near Padstow on the north coast of Cornwall and provides luxury accommodation sleeping up to 26 guests in luxury comfort. ARC Padstow features 12 ensuite bedrooms, a terrace with garden views, hot tub, garden, bbq, concierge service, free private parking, living room, flat-screen TVs, free wifi, an equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher.

Formerly a listed Manor House, Courthouse and Mill, the building is united together by the characterful garden sat at the heart of the property, rigged with garden rooms, an oval sun lawn, outdoor kitchen and wood-fired hot-tub. Entertaining 24 guests spread across 12 en suite king rooms fortified by five reception spaces, there’s plenty of room to relax, recover, dance and dine.  You’ll also find a dedicated playroom for the kids, with a door that leads straight to the garden.

Nestled in the sleepy Cornish village of St. Issey, you’re close to the bustling charms of Padstow on the north coast of Cornwall yet with the delightful feeling of seclusion that comes with getting away from it all with your favourite people in tow. You’ll feel like holidaying royalty as you make your dignified entrance up the long path to be greeted by Cornish slated walls, restored historic fireplaces and original beams, all of which provide a soothing sense of travelling elegantly back in time.

There is ample opportunity to explore your culinary skills with a state of the art kitchen with four ovens, a pizza oven and a South African braai. While the lucky one gets to work, the rest can cradle pre-dinner cocktails in the lobby which features a wood-burning stove that complements the room’s original stone work to perfection.

When it’s time to dine, you’ll feel as though you’re outside even when you’re in, with an entire glass wall that slides open, showcasing the hot tub and bar area… there’s even a ‘catwalk’ entrance for the swishest possible arrival!

Tucked west of the River Camel, the balmy fishing port and harbour town has become ubiquitous for its delicate dining scene and remarkable trails, dutifully set within stone’s throw of the Seven Bays, and the accompanying dramatic coastline and awe inspiring pastoral landscape of North Cornwall.

Eden Project is 29 km from the accommodation, while Restormel Castle is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 18 km from ARC Padstow.

 

Things to note

Check in from 4pm – 10pm, check out by 10am. Well-behaved pets are permitted.

One bedroom is on the ground floor with its own walk-in shower and entrance door suitable for guests with reduced mobility (please note, may not be suitable for full time wheelchair users as there are a couple of steps into the ground floor bedroom from the external door). It may be suitable for those with reduced mobility, it may not be suitable for full time wheelchair users as it is not a step-free entrance.
