9 Sandpiper is a modern luxury beachfront property situated at the front of a small development on beautiful Porth Beach, Cornwall, offering breathtaking uninterrupted views of the beach and coastline beyond. The accommodation is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views via a 4m wide patio window and balcony.

The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels. New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit. Unlimited broadband and wireless technology give guests access to online TV via Smart TV’s or in the lounge a Smart bluray DVD player.

A Wii games console and 50 family DVD’s are included along with traditional board games and books. The ground level, consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a private outside area with wonderful views across the beach. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or zipped super king bedroom. Both have a Smart TV on the wall. The third bedroom has built in bunks, with full size 3ft mattresses and storage areas.

Outside is private parking with your own designated parking spot, a shared seating area overlooking the beach and a large communal storage area ideal for surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and beach equipment. This storage area also has a cold shower facility for after sea wash down
