The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels. New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit.
