From the open plan living accommodation guests can walk out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking sea, beach and coastal views looking towards both Newquay town and harbour as well as Padstow. 37 Rocklands is part of the unique Rocklands apartment complex where the building looks down onto Tolcarne beach, the sea and the coast towards Padstow. In the basement there is an allocated storage locker for the surfboard, wetsuit and beach equipment together with a shower room to wash down after a day on the beach. Pizza Express is on the ground floor of this building.

LOCATION

A short walk and you are either on the beach soon soaking up the sun and taking the waves or heading into the town centre to eat or browse the shops. 37 Rocklands Penthouse is so well located on the edge of Newquay that guests can leave the car in the secure underground car park and walk everywhere, or as an alternative take the car and head off to explore Cornwall.
