Surrounded by unspoilt clifftop heathland – home to rare breeds such as choughs and peregrine falcons this is an elemental destination for anyone seeking respite from the humdrum or urban.

A gate leads out onto the South West coastal path and a gentle stroll will lead you to the soft golden sands and surf of Ligger Bay, Penhale Corner (an off the beaten track surf spot favoured by experienced locals prepared to walk) and Perranporth beach beyond.

Beautifully renovated with much style and flair; the harmonious palette of natural colours create a soothing space.

The stunning vaulted ceiling and woodburner create an airy yet welcoming bolthole whatever the weather.

The large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with huge picture window at one end with sea views stretching along the coast beyond Perranporth and St Agnes and St Ives in the distance.

The stylish modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to rustle up some culinary delights and intimate meals.

The living area is home to a large plump sofa and Smart TV – perfect for snuggly nights in with a book or a good film.

The pretty bedroom with double bed bedecked with sumptuous Egyptian cotton bedlinen is just the spot to indulge yourselves with long lie-ins and breakfast in bed.

And after a long salty-air filled day by the sea – you’ll soon be lulled to sleep by the distant sound of the elements and nature.

The sleek ensuite shower room with bath robes, complimentary toiletries and double shower, is perfect for soaking under after a day of gallivanting.

Outside a table and chairs make the perfect vantage spot for a watching the sunsets.

If you can tear yourselves away from the stunning spot the bustling town of Newquay is about five miles north; home of UK surf, with a surf school and a choice of three fantastic beaches to enjoy swimming, surfing and bodyboarding.

You will also find a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and family-friendly attractions like the aquarium and zoo.

Head south along the coastal path towards the St Agnes Heritage Coastline to discover the beaches around St Agnes, as well as the nearby Healey’s Cyder Farm and enjoy stopping at various lookout points along the way, where the best of the coastal views can be appreciated.
