About Hell Bay Hotel
The Hell Bay Hotel is set in a secluded cove facing the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful, rugged island of Bryher on the Scilly Isles. The hotel is super friendly both for families and couples.
The Hell Bay Hotel has twenty five rooms and suites, all beautifully appointed. The hotel has a large terrace where you can soak up the stunning sea views after a day of exploring the wild and rugged Bryer. After a days exploring you can take a dip in the heated outside swimming pool.
Bryher is the smallest of the inhabited islands of Scilly, measuring only about half a square mile. There are a couple of dozen houses dotted around, the Fraggle Rock bar and a small shop. The island is virtually traffic free and is criss-crossed with paths and tracks that take you up over the grassy and rocky knolls and to the deserted sandy beaches that make up much of the coastline. Bryher’s closest neighbour is the island of Tresco, where you can find the famous Abbey Garden in addition to a pub, delicatessen and restaurant. Tresco is owned by the Dorrien Smith family, who also own Hell Bay.
The Hell Bay hotel is a great base to explore Bryer and the surrounding islands. The Scilly Isles are truly stunning at any time of year.
