Trecarth is a detached 4 bedroom holiday cottage which has been carefully decorated to really soak up most of the seaside atmosphere – the cottage is deceptively large with front door opening into the hall, off which is the large, light and airy sitting room with a smart TV and wood-burning stove, with patio doors opening onto the wrap-around balcony which has exceptional views over Restronguet Creek and beyond.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you should need on your holiday, with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer, along with the dining area.

There is a wonderful snug, perfect for younger children to entertain themselves. Along with a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
The four bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The master bedroom has a super king-sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower above, toilet and hand wash basin, with a second bedroom also having a super king-sized double. The other two bedrooms both have American twins bunks, either for a couple or two individuals, where there is a 5 ft bed on the bottom and a single bunk bed on top. The family bathroom also has a bath, shower above, toilet and hand washbasin.
Outside you will find a garden to the front of the house with a BBQ, table tennis table and as mentioned, there is a kayak to use kayak – easy access to the water from the garden with a gate leading out onto the bottom of Restronguet Hill and straight to the sea – fantastic for adventures up the sheltered wooded creeks of the Falmouth Estuary and maybe even pop to Mylor Harbour for a cheeky ice cream!
There is ample parking for cars and boats.
