Zawn Haven (Sleeps 10), Falmouth, South Cornwall

Zawn Haven is a magical luxury holiday cottage in the popular seaside town of Falmouth, South Coast of Cornwall. Zawn Haven has enormous character and spectacularly decorated with ample living space, fully equipped kitchen and dining, sleeping up to 10 people and allowing dogs; it offers an independent suite, plus four en-suite bedrooms, which have splendid views over the harbour and waters of Carrick Roads. Located in the centre of Falmouth, this property is a rare gem, moments away from an incredible number of delicious eateries offering a wide variety of mouth-watering cuisine. Children love the nic-nacs and the proximity to the water, shops, attractions and beaches!

Zawn Haven is spaciously spread over three floors with some for everyone for their holiday. This former Seaman’s Bethel has been beautifully refurbished to retain its historic charm, and you will spot several features from the original building! This large holiday cottage has five en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and a kitchen with splendid views over the harbour and waters of Carrick Roads, and the house is dog and family-friendly!

The third floor contains the ‘Sundeck’ the penthouse suite, an independent room with a magnificent terrace with spectacular views onto Falmouth Harbour, having a kitchenette/bar and living area and a wet room with a luxurious king-sized bed.

The other rooms all come with a name as they all have so much personality and charm they are ‘Easterly’, ‘Westerly’, ‘Galley’ and ‘Southerly’, and they all have a kettle in each room for those cups of tea in bed before you start the day.

The ‘Galley’ on the first floor is a joyous double bedroom; the ‘Easterly’ bedroom is spacious and can be set up as twin beds or a queen-sized double, the soft-toned ‘Southerly’ bedroom with its en-suite containing large shower pod.

Last but most certainly not least is ‘Westerly’, a romantic dream of a bedroom with an open plan bath (that’s right, a bath in the bedroom), a TV in the wall, a king-sized bed and glorious views of the sea.

A well-equipped kitchen has everything you may need during your holiday, including a microwave, fridge, oven, and much more. All rooms are provided with linens and towels.

On arrival in the kitchen, you will find a cheese board, savoury biscuits, a freshly baked cake, a selection of fresh fruits, and much more; there is a toothbrush for each guest, plus in each bathroom toothpaste, shampoo and body wash.
