Pentire House has been newly renovated and as such is abounding with modern delights, including open plan warm and inviting rooms, many with high ceilings and direct garden access creating a magnificent fusion of interior and exterior living. The main incredible living areas can all be found on the first-floor, including a large living area centred around the cosy wood burner, and a second lounge set up around a huge TV. Your incredible kitchen has countless modern appliances and space for plenty of chefs to get involved, before settling at your large wooden dining table for a memorable meal with the whole group. A snug complete with a real-life wooden sailing boat filled with pillows and blankets is the ideal place for the kids to hide out, while on the ground floor you will even find an awesome family-fun room! There’s a fantastic children’s climbing wall and a games table with both table tennis and a pool table built in, plus patio doors leading into the back garden which fill the room with a warm glow!
There are six bedrooms in total, three enjoy a super king size bed, one has a double bed, one a single bed, and then there is the incredible children’s room with bunk beds and a slide! All six rooms are as vibrant and homely as the rest of the house, with colourful wallpaper and vibrant décor reflecting the Cornish scenery. The master room offers incredible sea and estuary views, and its ensuite bathroom includes a gorgeous bath and rain-shower. In addition, there is a full family bathroom and two dazzling shower rooms to keep everyone happy!
