Bedroom 1 to the front of the building – Overlooks the Island, St Ives and far reaching over St Ives Bay.
It has opening doors to the outside, although not large enough for a seating area, the views are spectacular.
Bedroom 2 – Directly overlooks the Tate and has outdoor seating for 2 people.
Bedroom 3 – Overlooks the Tate with a great view of Porthmeor beach , where you can sit and watch the surf.
The property has one parking space to the front and a pay and display car park to the rear should you require additional parking.
