About 1 Harbour Mews, Sennen Cove (Sleeps 6)

This beloved family beach house is in the heart of this stunning harbour village. It’s a five minute walk to the long sandy surf beach, local pub, beach-front restaurant and it links on to the famous Cornish coastal walking path. It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with 5 surf boards, 4 body boards and a SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

Luxury four-story townhouse set in an accessible mews just one row back from the seafront. We have private parking to the front of the property, and space for a second car in the integral garage, which is also packed with our beach gear (which you are welcome to use). There is also a handy out door shower so you can wash off when returning from the beach, and a ground floor shower to warm up after a few hours in the waves.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is the Master en-suite which has its own private balcony overlooking the cove – an amazing view to wake up to. Next to this is the family bathroom and Bedroom two (twin).

The second floor is the heart of the house with an open plan living and kitchen space, again with its own balcony overlooking the Cove with panoramic sea views. It’s a great space to relax, where the whole family can be together whether preparing meals, playing games or planning the next day. The kitchen is fully equipped for large family meals. The terraced garden is accessed from the kitchen and has seating and a BBQ area for alfresco dining.

On the third (loft) floor is Bedroom three (double) which again has amazing views through the roof velux window. An extra fold-out single bed can be included here if requested.

Guest access
This is a private let and you are able to access the whole house and garden, with parking to the front and in the garage. There is an outside shower near the house that is perfect for washing sandy feet as well as a ground floor hot shower.

Other things to note
We have one allocated parking space to the front/side of the house and space for one smaller vehicle in the garage if required. Please note that the house is set over four levels (if using the top floor twin bedroom). The garden is set over raised tiers so small children should be supervised.
